If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2013, from around 02:20 to 04:30 the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by preventing customers from entering the restaurant by avoiding disturbance, such as making it difficult for them to enter the restaurant, and threatening them to enter the restaurant, on the ground that the victim demanded the advance payment from the “D cafeteria” operated by the victim C (V, 59) of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “D cafeteria”).
