The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On February 22, 2014, at around 00:14, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters prior to a restaurant, in front of that restaurant, in which the trade name in the said vehicle is in the center of Daegu Northern-gu, 0.206% under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.206%.
