1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) receives KRW 50,000,000 from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. The following facts may be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry of Gap evidence 1, 2, and 3, and Eul evidence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, unless there is a dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings:

The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on November 28, 2017, on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) on the ground of sale on March 4, 2015.
