A. Defendant D is the Suwon District Court.

1. Basic facts
A. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (in sequential order, “the instant real estate Nos. 1, 2, and 3”) as indicated in the separate sheet No. 4350, Nov. 19, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was completed from Defendant C on the ground of sale as of Oct. 18, 2007 (hereinafter “the instant registration of ownership transfer”) from Defendant C.
B. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 (hereinafter “instant 4 and 5 real estate”) in the separate sheet No. 4351, which was received on November 19, 2007 from the Defendant C (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) in the future, each ownership transfer registration was completed due to the sale as of October 9, 2007.
C. Defendant D worked as an employee of the Plaintiff Company from March 2005 to February 13, 2012.
On April 4, 2014, the Plaintiff was appointed as the representative director of the Plaintiff Company.

On May 28, 2014, the company was ordered to commence rehabilitation proceedings in Seoul Central District Court 2014 Ma103, and the plaintiff was considered as the manager of the company of the plaintiff.

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion
A. The Plaintiff’s primary assertion 1) On October 9, 2007, the Plaintiff Company purchased the instant 1, 2, and 3 real estate from Defendant C, and agreed to title trust to Defendant D, and the ownership transfer registration of this case was completed from Defendant C in the future. Accordingly, with respect to the instant 1, 2, and 3 real estate, Defendant D, a title trustee, is obligated to perform the procedure for the cancellation registration of the ownership transfer registration of this case, and Defendant C, a title trustee, is obligated to perform the procedure for the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer of this case to Defendant C, a seller, and Defendant C, a title trustee, is obligated to perform the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer of this case arising from sale on October 9, 207. 2) The Plaintiff Company entered into a contract title trust agreement with Defendant D with respect to the instant 1, 2, and 3
