The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,00 for the crime No. 3 and No. 4 in the judgment of the court below against the crime No. 1 and 2.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the 31st of the same month, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still under the suspended sentence.

1. On February 19, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant interfered with business, at the “D” bank operated by the victim C in Jeju-si, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily thought that there was no employee to return the Defendant’s money; and (b) held that “A 50,000 won was “I amba when I amba, I ambal? I see that I am amba when I am am. I am within the PC; (c) the Defendant avoided the disturbance by avoiding the disturbance, such as paying the city expenses, and let other users go outside, and thereby interfered with the victim’s PC business by force for about one-hour period from around 09:0 of the same day.

2. Around 09:07 on February 19, 2016, the Defendant, at the PC room, assaulted the victim by putting in smoking room the horses from the victim E (the age of 49) who is the user, to smoke, and assaulting the victim of tobacco with the victim’s face knife with knife one hand and with knife one hand.

3. On May 17, 2016, at around 03:35, the Defendant entering a residence intrusion: (a) at the time of the Victim G’s house located in Jeju CityF, the Defendant: (b) voluntarily thought that a person who saws the Defendant to be inside the house was in his/her possession; and (c) duplicating the entrance door, which was locked by his/her hand, into the house, and intrudes on the victim’s house.

4. The Defendant damaged the property at the same time, at the same place as described in paragraph 3, by opening a brush door, which is locked as above, in his hand, and by destroying a brush brush with a corrective device attached to the brush, which was placed in the brush, beyond the floor, thereby damaging the property on the market value of the victim.
