Punishment of the crime

【Before October 28, 2009, the Defendant supported the “2009 Representative Village Support Project,” which was promoted by Gangwon-do and Chuncheon City, as a general secretary of the Chuncheon City, along with C, as a representative of the village, from around 2008, and around October 28, 2009, C was selected as an excellent village of the above Support Project and was able to receive subsidies of KRW 300 million from Gangwon-do, KRW 200 million from Chuncheon City, and KRW 50 million in total.

Around that time, the Defendant served as a village representative of C from that time to December 30, 201, and was in general in charge of the duties of applying, receiving, and executing the above subsidy as a village subject to the above support program.

The procedures for the payment and use of subsidies for the above Support Project were established in the target village, along with the project plan to proceed in the village, and when the project approval and the decision of subsidy was made in the Chuncheon City, the application for subsidies was filed again in the village to deposit KRW 500 million into the village project account. In order to actually provide the above subsidy in the village, prior approval was obtained from Chuncheon City as a prior procedure. The defendant received the above official document dispatched by the Director of the Korea Agricultural Technology Center in Chuncheon on January 18, 2010, and requested the subsidy in Chuncheon on January 21, 2010, accompanied by the application for subsidies, the project plan, the village development fund operation plan, and the regulations on the operation of the village development fund, and supplemented it with the supplementary notice to the effect that "the measures not to grant funds for the project" are supplemented, and 300,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000,0.
