A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was faced with disturbance due to the drinking price payment from “D main points” located in Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si, Sanyang-si, the Defendant: (b) committed assault, such as assaulting Fman’s chest on three occasions the breast part of Fman’s chest, and fman’s breast part of Fman’s chest on two occasions the chest part of F, who was dispatched after receiving a report of the principal place of business; (c) was issued a notice of penalty payment for an act of dancing; (d) went out of the main points; and (d) recommended f to go back and sail back.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers.
