On July 5, 2006, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation received an adjudication from the Daejeon District Court No. 207dan11399 against G and K, a principal debtor for the above obligation under a credit guarantee contract (the former name F; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the Daejeon District Court No. 201, which became final and conclusive on Oct. 31, 2002, and KRW 79,396,920 among those which were jointly and severally reported to the Plaintiff; KRW 18% per annum from Oct. 31, 2002 to April 16, 203; KRW 16% per annum from the next 207, May 25, 2007, and KRW 207, which became final and conclusive on July 23, 2007, and KRW 17, which became final and conclusive on May 27, 207, and KRW 207, which became final and conclusive on July 29, 207.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are joint and several sureties E.
