A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

1. Around August 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided offices and funds to C in order to operate an illegal sports soil site; (b) acquired the authority of “D” site (E) and manager code from C to take charge of managing the site and members; (c) provided C with the said site’s support and management of the server; and (d) recruited to operate the said site together with C.

According to the above public offering, from October 2, 2015 to December 3, 2012 of the same year, the Defendant and C had a large number of unspecified gambling persons wishing to engage in an illegal sports entertainment join the above site as a member of the above site and have them transfer money to the bank account (Account Number: G) and the new bank account (Account Number: H) managed by the Defendant, and deposit the member ID with the member ID, and have the members hold the above site hosting the game money by predicting the success and points of the various sports games, such as camping districts and festivals, which are in progress within and outside the country on the above site, and then have the members hold the game money, and if predicted after the completion of the competition, the amount of dividend determined in advance is distributed to the members, and the members deposited money in cash in an amount equivalent to KRW 1.5 billion in total, and KRW 4 billion in total, KRW 96 billion in the account designated by the members.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, did not receive a commission from the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, issued sports promotion voting rights or similar things and provided property or property benefits to those who win at the same time, and opened a space for gambling for profit-making purposes.
