On January 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a person operating and managing the Cudio Telecom in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) infringed upon the victim’s residence by opening the studio 201 in the instant 201 without the victim’s consent between the victim and the studio 201 located in the said studio 201.
