1. The decision that the Defendant deprived the Plaintiffs of their village residents on June 30, 2015 is null and void.

A. The defendant is an organization consisting of some of the residents of the Jeondo-gun and divided the right to enjoy fishery rights from Cri fishing village fraternities.

The purpose of Article 2 of the Cri Village Rules is to promote the development of the village and the friendship of residents by the spirit of harmony and unity of residents.

§ 3. New resident qualification paragraph 1: A person who has been transferred to this village and has been recognized by the actual resident through a general meeting of the residents for at least five years; * a person who is going out due to a personal problem for at least eight months in the real residence shall be deemed to be recognized through a meeting.

Article 5(2) Ethical and duty: (Omission) A person who has not been recognized as a resident shall not exercise his/her right as a resident with respect to the portion of distribution of income generated in the village.

In particular, all of the common income of the village shall not be collected.

Article 7 Section 1:The ordinary meeting of the village shall be the end of June and the end of December in both sides, and the extraordinary meeting shall be convened by the head of the Ri or fishing village fraternity according to the situation.

Article 8 (1) : A general meeting shall be a vote vote of at least a majority with one vote system for one resident except for the social members from among the members present, and special meetings shall also be the same as the special meetings.
