Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of one million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on November 10, 2008, and on October 14, 201, the Defendant violated the prohibition provision on drinking under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (doing Vehicles) and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) at the same court on October 14, 201, by being sentenced to a suspended sentence of four years for a violation of the
