A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Larceny;

A. On May 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the front of the Gwangju Northern-gu Cudio on May 28, 2018 and opened a door that was managed by the victim D, around 23:51, the Defendant, at around 2018, kept in custody of the driver’s seat stude, 130,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession; (b) one credit card of the Gwangju Bank; and (c) one driver’s license, etc., on the market price.

B. A.
