Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around July 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) even though the victim F was aware that the commercial building newly constructed in Seocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do was located outside the sixth line extension planning line of the national highways No. 43 adjacent to the national highways of Seocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) arbitrarily fabricated the victim’s commercial building as if the building was on the above road extension planning line; (c) stated the victim’s commercial building’s building’s building site was on the above road extension planning line; (d) stated the victim’s construction plan plan on the commercial building as if the building was constructed inside the above road extension planning line; and (e) stated the line as if the building was constructed in the inside the above road extension planning line; (e) made two false drawings by stating that “The road extension planning line is farmland, and is considered as development activities for high compensation; and (e) made the victim’s online interview with the victim to enter the above online newspaper in the form of an interview with the victim’s article No. 71.71.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's work by fraudulent means.
