1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Changwon District Court on August 4, 2008, issued a summary order of one million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on July 6, 2009, issued a summary order of two million won by the same court as the same crime and violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
