Judgment

The amount of damage in this case is KRW 2,618,00, which is not agreed with the victims E (amount of damage, KRW 750,000,000,000). Among them, the Defendant is sentenced to a fine and suspended execution due to the same or similar criminal conduct; the Defendant appears to have been sentenced to a fine in full consideration of these circumstances; the lower court appears to have determined the punishment by fully taking into account the above circumstances; there is no change of circumstances that may change the sentence different after the lower court was sentenced; and all other sentencing conditions such as the Defendant’s age, character, conduct and environment

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
