The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 4, 2019, at around 02:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim D (year 51) working at the same workplace on the side of “C Burial” located in the East Sea B, on the ground that the victim D (year 51) was considered to have changed the number of control agents; (b) in both hands, the victim’s breath was sleeped, and the Defendant attempted to breath in one hand and live in one hand.

2. Judgment on applicable provisions of Acts: A judgment dismissing a written agreement submitted after a public prosecution is instituted for a violation of Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
