A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On July 14, 2012, around 13:30, the victim E (Nam, 58 years of age) who was discharged and accumulated his clothes on the bed, with D entering a guest room with no number of the CMobel number B located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and taken photographs against the victim's will using the Defendant's cell phone.

2.
