Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2019, at around 19:40, the Defendant: (a) taken visual images of the victim D (one name, half, and twenty-four years old) who was aboard the said escalator using a mobile phone (LG G5) camera image shooting function in the subway line 5 subway line C, located in Seoul, for the part of the bridge in the body of the victim D (one name, half, and twenty-four years old).
