1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 13, 201, the deceased G (hereinafter only referred to as the “Death”) was hospitalized in the I Hospital operated by the Defendant Foundation due to symptoms, where the scam is shaking in the guest room, and the hidden tea was dead.

B. On December 14, 201, at around 06:00, medical personnel performed an internal vision test to the Deceased, and on the same day, at around 15:30 on the same day, the Deceased caused an irregular beer and shock.

E. On February 25, 2012, the Deceased died from the J Hospital’s long-term diversology.

The cause of multi-presidential species is the kind of abandonment, and the cause of the non-presidential species is an illegal connection.

F. The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse, and the remaining plaintiffs are the deceased's children.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The main point of the Plaintiff’s assertion was as follows with negligence on the medical professionals in the I Hospital, and thereby, the Deceased died.

In other words, it is known that there are ① mass transfusions, cardiopulmonary color, misappropriations, heart suspension, etc. due to the main side effects of an internal border inspection.

On December 14, 2011, the Deceased was inspected by the International Hospital on the spot, and there was any misappropriation which is one of the side effects of the city-to-land inspection by the local government.

The medical personnel in the I Hospital did not faithfully conduct the pre-inspection to prevent such side effects, but did not conduct the pre-inspection.
