The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

[The grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court shall be deemed to have been submitted by the plaintiffs to the evidence Nos. 94 through 100 (including the number of serial numbers), and the fact-finding and decision in the first instance court is justifiable, and there is no error as alleged by the plaintiffs as the grounds for appeal). The appeal by the plaintiffs is dismissed as all of the grounds for appeal.
