1. The defendant terminated the title trust on December 31, 2007 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On October 24, 2007, the Defendant purchased a motor vehicle under the name of the Plaintiff as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”), and completed the ownership transfer registration of the instant motor vehicle on October 24, 2007.

B. By December 31, 2007, the Defendant agreed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff to take over the name of the instant vehicle in its future.

C. The title trust agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, which practically owned the instant vehicle by the Defendant, and only agrees to the Plaintiff as the Plaintiff, was terminated on December 31, 2007.
