1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. Fact-finding 1) On July 30, 1999, the National Bank Co., Ltd. extended KRW 67,000,000 to the Defendant at the interest rate of KRW 7.5% per annum, 19% per annum, 17 July 17, 200 (the due date was later extended on July 27, 2001).

2) The loan (hereinafter referred to as “the loan claim of this case”) was set forth and extended as such.
