The Seoul Northern District Court C and D real estate auction case are set out in the distribution schedule prepared by the same court on May 6, 2020.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of the arguments stated in Gap evidence 1 through 4, 13 and each of the above statements, the non-party shall falsely negotiate with the defendants as to the apartment of this case owned by the defendant on March 28, 2019; the contract between the defendant Eul and the defendant Eul on April 11, 2019 on the lease deposit amount of KRW 35,000,000 among the above dividends amount of KRW 35,00,000 among the above dividends amount of KRW 30,000; the plaintiff shall be present on August 27, 2019 and KRW 50; KRW 30,000 among the above dividends amount of KRW 10,00, KRW 50, KRW 200, KRW 300, KRW 500, KRW 200, KRW 500, KRW 300, KRW 90, KRW 500, KRW 205, and KRW 30,50,005, respectively.
As above, as long as the Plaintiff’s primary claim against the Defendants is accepted in its entirety, the Plaintiff’s conjunctive claim against the Defendants is not determined separately.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
