A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served in “B” corporation and actually retired from office around December 10, 201.

1. On January 6, 2012, at night, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the ordinary entrance door password prior to the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Office, Geumcheon-gu Office; (b) subsequently, the Defendant: (c) 100,000 won in cash and one credit card with the victim’s name in the victim’s name at night; and (d) 1.4 million won in cash and one credit card with the victim’s name that were in the victim’s name were in the front of the said office; (b) then, at around 22:05 on the same day, the Defendant stolen, at the “branch of the New Bank,” located near the said company, at the “branch of the New Bank,” located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (c) withdrawn 1.4 million won in a way of inserting the new credit card and inputting the password, such as the cash withdrawal of the victim’s name and influored box management.
