Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a non-profit incorporated association established for the purpose of operating a axis classroom, a summer camp, and a scholarship system for the development of the youth club (hereinafter referred to as “catus classroom”) from January 1, 2003 to August 31, 2015, and the victim B is a non-profit incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as “catus classroom”).

From January 1, 2003, the Defendant served as the secretary general and chief coaches of the said stable classroom.
