1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on July 10, 2017 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

Plaintiff

A clan is a clan comprised of adults 20 years of age or older among the descendants of D 19th descendants of C, and each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as "each of the real estate of this case") owned by the Plaintiff clan title trust to E and the Defendant, which is 21th grandchildren of Apr. 11, 1966, the registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estate of this case was completed on April 5, 1966 for E and the Defendant. E died on July 7, 1994, and the copy of the complaint of this case containing a declaration of intent to terminate the above title trust of the Plaintiff clan was delivered to the Defendant on July 10, 2017, there is no dispute between the parties.

According to the above facts, the defendant, upon the death of E, succeeded to E’s share in the title trust relationship with respect to each of the instant real estate and became a sole trustee, and the above title trust was lawfully terminated on July 10, 2017.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on each real estate of this case to the plaintiff clan for the reason of termination of the above title trust.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
