A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:05 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant driving a Crane car at a section of about 2 km from the front of a cafeteria in the mutual influoral road located in the Hannam-si, Seonam-si to the front of the yellow mountain road located in the Hanam-si, Hanam-si, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.258%.

2. Around July 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dok-ju) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km to the front of a non-schoolfra, which is located in the 358-1, Hanam-dong, Seonam-dong, under the influence of alcohol.

3. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) provided that the Defendant, while escaping from the scene of the accident referred to in paragraph 2, was negligent in neglecting the duty of care before the recycling center in front of the Hanam-si Recycling Center located in approximately 357-64 meters away from 150 meters away from the said accident.
