A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of juice judi, which has no number plate 124.7CC.

1. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.163% in alcohol while driving a motor bicycle at a section of about 1 Km, without a motor device license, from the side side of both sides located in the man-dong at Yangju City to the front side of the man-dong at Yangju City. (b) On October 13, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.163% in alcohol during blood.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

3. No person shall forge or wrongfully use a number plate, etc. of a two-wheeled motor vehicle which is an air straw;

4. The Defendant exercised the above air defense that was illegally used by operating a two-wheeled automobile number plate, which was unlawfully used as stated in paragraph 1, at the time, place, and in paragraph 3, after attaching it on the Defendant’s ozone part.
