Punishment of the crime
Ⅰ. The nature of the YP criminal organization;
1. Composition, background, and organizational structure of YP;
A. On June 16, 1989, the crime organization called "Zm" was committed with AA and AB two items in 1977, with the name of AA and AB as the wharfs, and with the name of AC as the “Zm”, establishing an independent power, and expanding its power, on June 12, 1989, the AF, which was the behavior commander of "Zmp" by the "AEmp" organized group, was killed.
