Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a graduate school student of B University, who drives a D Lasta car owned by C, a company.

On January 5, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of about 200 meters from the entrance to the front day of the Jinho High School located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju to the extent of 0.162% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.162% of alcohol level.
