Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:00 on March 16, 2015, found one bicycle set of at least 150,000 won at the market price, owned by the victim C, who was lost by the victim C in the alley around the Suwon River Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on March 16, 2015, 21:45, the Defendant: (b) taken a bicycle on the front side of the SK Kan apartment apartment, and taken off and accessed the bicycle to the victim D; (c) cut off a cash of 56,000 won in front of the SK Kan apartment, which the victim was sealed on the left shoulder; (d) 3 credit cards; and (e) Handbags with cosmetics.
