1. As to shares 24304/27610 of the real property listed in Attachment List 5:

A. Defendant D and Nonparty F on October 2010.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff loaned the sum of KRW 129 million to Nonparty F (hereinafter “F”) from September 26, 2003 to April 28, 2004.

(hereinafter “instant loan 1”). (b)

On August 24, 2004 to December 24, 2004, the Plaintiff leased KRW 200 million to F with interest rate of KRW 200 million (hereinafter “the instant loan”). On September 6, 2004, the Plaintiff was divided into KRW 35107 square meters of forest land in Gangseo-si, Gangseo-si, Seoul, Ha (the instant forest land was then divided into KRW 30 square meters, and the Plaintiff’s share remains in the said 30 square meters; hereinafter, the Plaintiff’s ownership remains in the said 30 square meters, without classifying the said 30 square meters, and without registering the ownership transfer as to the portion of KRW 9289/35107, out of the divided forest.

C. On August 18, 2009, F entered into a donation contract with Defendant B on 24304/27610 shares of the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate No. 1”). On the same day, the non-party Company entered into a donation contract with Defendant B on 3306/27610 shares of the instant real estate No. 1 (hereinafter “instant disposition No. 2”). On August 19, 2009, the non-party Company entered into a donation contract with Defendant B on 3306/27610 shares of each of the instant real estate No. 1 (hereinafter “instant disposition No. 2”), and entered into the ownership transfer registration under Defendant B’s name (hereinafter “ownership No. 1”).

With respect to the instant real estate No. 1, on January 18, 2011, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with Defendant E (hereinafter “instant disposition No. 3”) and completed the ownership transfer registration under Defendant E (hereinafter “instant ownership”) under the name of 1779 as of January 18, 201 received on January 18, 201.

E. The non-party company entered into a sales contract with the Defendant C on September 27, 2010 with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2, 3, and 4 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
