1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. An aggregate building A is composed of 101 Dong, 102 Dong and 103 Dong, 103 multi-unit houses with a height of 47 floors, and 55 floors, as an aggregate building constructed in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and completed around November 25, 201.

B. (1) On December 23, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract with the building management office of the building A (hereinafter “instant fire insurance contract”) with respect to the term of insurance to “building B B B 101 Dong Office of Incheon-gu (hereinafter “the instant officetel”). From December 24, 2011 to December 16, 16:00, to December 24, 2012, the insured as “A building management office”; the joint contractor and the joint insured as “each household occupant”; and (2) the Plaintiff entered into the fire insurance contract with the “building B 102 Dong-dong and 103 apartment building” (hereinafter “the instant apartment contract”). On December 23, 2011, the Plaintiff concluded the fire insurance contract with each of the instant owners as “building B 102 Dong-dong and 103 apartment building” (hereinafter “the instant apartment contract”) as “each of the instant joint policyholders” (hereinafter “the instant insurance contract”).

(3) Each of the instant insurance contracts included respectively the “special building-related special agreement” (amount of insurance coverage: 110,112,835,534). However, according to the special agreement, the term “damage resulting from typhoons, original wind, storm, storm, storm, flood, tidal wave, flood, flood, flood, flood, and similar storm or flood, or flood.”
