Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2015, at around 02:45, the Defendant driven a light vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 30 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.090% from the front of the 328 Kitco clubs, Seoul, to the road of the same 336 Citcoke-ro.
