Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, with respect to the defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a person who served as the president of the Federation of Victims of F Arts and Culture Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “F Arts Federation”) from January 2007 to December 18, 2013; Defendant B was a person who served as the secretary general of the said Federation from September 25, 2009 to June 16, 2014.

A, while serving as the president of the F Arts General, applied for subsidies to hold various events such as F art, G art exchanges, F Arts Evaluation Meeting, F Artists Culture and Arts Policy Council, H Art Exhibitions, H Art Exhibitions, International Culture and Arts Exchange, K, support committee, L culture and arts exchanges, L culture and arts exchanges, M invitation performance, Fembsium, Nmbsium, Nbsium, Nbsium, National Association of Arts, Korean regular arts exchanges, Han-day and Korean- Vietnam Culture and Arts Exchange Council, Korea- Vietnam Culture and Arts Association, visiting,O, culture, or sharing first performances, and applied for subsidies to perform the work together with Defendant B, the secretary general.
