Punishment of the crime

Around May 1, 2018, the Defendant posted an advertisement stating that “The Defendant shall sell any inventory goods, such as a stude, stude, etc., by accessing the Defendant’s home located in the original city B via the Internet,” and falsely read that the Defendant would deposit KRW 120,000 to the victim D who reported and contacted with it, then send food materials, such as the stude.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have closed the business of operating the food materials horse, as in the above advertising contents, but was planned to request other goods from the purchaser and send the goods to the purchaser upon receipt of the above transaction proposal from the purchaser. Since there was no particular property or income at the time, the Defendant used the money received from the senior purchaser as living expenses, etc., and then purchased the goods from the senior purchaser, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to send the goods as above even after receiving the money from the above victim as the price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, received KRW 120,000 on the same day from the above victim as the price for goods, from around May 17, 2018, received 10,781,000 in total from around 10 times as indicated in the annexed crime list, and acquired it as the price for goods.

around May 18, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on the sales of food materials on the C website at the Won-si, a residential area, B, and made a false statement to the victim E and the victim F to send the food materials to the account transfer.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victims, he did not have the intention or ability to provide food materials.

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and deceiving him, is the victim E.
