1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. From February 2014 to April 2014, the Defendants sent text messages to customers secured through the Defendants’ “Nura Peba Peba Peb 206, and 305,” “Nura Peba Peb 205, the Defendants, from February 2014 to April 2014, and received KRW 130,00 from many male descendants whose names were not known, for whom the Defendants sent messages to “Ieba Pebs Peb 9:0 to 2:0,000 won” and then, for whom the contact could not be known, received from them a large number of male descendants who were employed by the Defendants to have sexual intercourse with H (a).

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.

B. From June 2014 to July 17, 2014, the Defendants, along with the Defendants, had a sexual intercourse with several male descendants who had employed with D, E, and other female employees who had no other identity, by the aforementioned method, from June 2014 to July 17, 2014, and were issued KRW 130,000 from 120,00 to 130,00 as a preparation against the said unspecified male descendants.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.

2. From June 4, 2014 to July 15, 2014, Defendant C received 120,000 won from D, E, etc. to 130,000 won under the pretext of preparing for cremation at the same place as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and carried out sexual traffic.

3. On July 9, 2014, Defendant D delivered KRW 130,00,00 in the name of commercial sex acts to C, which is a female commercial sex acts, at the same place as described in the above paragraph 1-B, and carried out commercial sex acts.

4. On July 2014, Defendant E issued 130,000 won and carried out commercial sex acts at the same place as indicated in the above paragraph 1(b) to Defendant E, who is a female sexual traffic, at the same time as indicated in the above paragraph 1(b).

The defendant of "2014 Highest 993" (Defendant B) shall be the defendant of June 2014.
