Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative director of the victim limited liability company C established for the purpose of facility construction business, etc., and is the victim limited liability company D, machinery equipment construction business, etc. established for the purpose of facility construction business, etc., the victim Eul corporation established for the purpose of the victim Eul corporation and machinery equipment construction business, and the victim G corporation established for the purpose of installation work business, etc., who actually manages the above damaged company

The Defendant, while operating the said company, intended to purchase land in his/her name and pay the price and incidental expenses with the funds of the said company. Around December 12, 2011, the Defendant agreed to purchase KRW 924 million from four persons, such as I, etc., Yansan-gu J. J. J. J. 562 square meters from K on January 12, 201 and KRW 340 million from K on January 12, 201.

After January 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 800 million in cash from the Agricultural Cooperative (N) account in the name of the victim limited liability company C and deposited it into the Suhyup account (O) account in the name of the Defendant for the said victim company; (b) withdrawn the said money on January 17, 2012 and deposited it with I et al. in the name of the seller in the name of the purchase cost for Ha in the front city, the Defendant embezzled the said money from December 30, 201 to April 9, 2012 under the name of the seller for purchase cost for Ha, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, for 14 times in total for the victim company, as shown in the list of crimes.
