Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) obtained a credit card under B’s name with the custody of the authorized certificate, and entered B’s name and resident registration number in the name of B. On December 19, 201, the Defendant connected B’s name and resident registration number on the phone website using a computer in a slick-si (U.S.).

In addition, the Defendant entered “B” in the English name of the credit card member personal information in the English name of “B”, “Seoul Dongjak-gu D apartment 103 607 dong, 607 dong,” the name and account number of the bank of automatic transfer information on the settlement date, “CF,” “E”, and “15” in the card receipt book.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a credit card application file, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, for the purpose of making business process smooth.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), sent a credit card application file, which was forged as above, via the Internet as if he had been duly formed, to the staff in charge of the card.

3. Around February 17, 2012, the Defendant, at F, presented a cosmetic card to the victim’s name unsatisfyer, who is an employee of the cosmetic room, as seen above, and as such, had a legitimate authority to use the said cards, deceiving the said victim, thereby inducing the victim to pay 14,400 won for the head of the said card, i.e., having the victim pay 14,400 won from the said card.

From December 28, 2011 to March 24, 2012, the Defendant purchased goods or received services in an amount equivalent to KRW 12,501,295 in total on 97 occasions by using the said slot Card, as shown in the list of crimes, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
