A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

around May 2014, the Defendant demanded the victim to jointly file a judgment with the victim or send his/her father who has the right to care for the victim to the defendant, even after having divorced from the victim D (the age of 41) and the victim C (the age of 67) who had frequently contacted the victim and his/her father.

1. Intimidation;

A. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant of intimidation against the victim D sent a text message to the victim’s cell phone for the reason that the victim did not send his/her father to the Seoul Yangcheon-gu and the first floor Defendant’s residence, and for the reason that the Defendant avoided, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone “I think that he/she would like to live together, she would see, e.g., whether he/she would do so, whether he/she would have been dead, she would have to do so, she would have no desire to do so, she will do so, she would have no desire to do so,” and then sent a text message to the victim’s cell phone from that time.

5. By up to 23. A total of 11 times, the victim sent text messages with the same content as that indicated in the separate sheet of crime by the aforementioned means and threatened the victim.

B. Around May 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim’s house located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F around May 24, 2015; and (b) made intimidation by attaching a camera, “I am string off, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambry,” using a color pen.

2. Damage to property;

A. At around 20:00 on May 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought to visit the said victim’s house; (b) on the ground that the victim refused to accept the request, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s front door so that the amount equivalent to KRW 500,00 of the repair cost by walking 10,000, along with a view to the victim’s possession of the entrance; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s house’s windows market value by cutting off the 100,000 won of the window at around 23:0 on the same day.

B. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant found at the above victim C’s house around 05:00, and met as above.
