A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2016. 2. 16. 16:50 경 안양시 만안구 C 도축장 인도에서 위 승용차를 후진하여 도로로 진입한 다음, 좌측 차로로 진로를 변경하던 중 피고인의 좌측 후방에서 같은 방향으로 진행하던 피해자 E(52 세) 운전의 코란도 승용차의 조수석 문을 피고인의 자동차 좌측 앞 범퍼로 접촉하고, 위 피해 자가 사고를 피하기 위해 제동 장치 및 조향장치를 조작하면서 당시 좌측 차로에서 진행하던 피해자 F(58 세) 운전의 G 메가 트럭 화물차의 우측면을 위 코란도 승용차 좌측면으로 충돌하게 하고, 그 충격으로 코란도 승용차가 반대편으로 튕겨 져 나가며 주도로로 진입한 피고인 운전의 무쏘 승용차 좌측면을 다시 충격하게 하였다.
