A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant raised doubt that son, who was enrolled in the D of C kindergarten in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Manyang-si, was sexual indecent act, and opened an Internet NAVER Cafe "E" bulletin board called "C Kindergarten Countermeasures" requiring the truth-finding order on the above case, and had expressed a false writing on the above bulletin board.

1. 2. On April 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 10:50 on April 2, 2015, at the Defendant’s office; (b) on the bulletin board of the C Kindergarten Countermeasures Board; and (c) although C kindergarten operators violated signal or lost the students from the kindergarten bus, the Defendant is “C Kindergarten bus”.
