A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and mother of the victim B (n, 10 years of age) and the victim C (n, 8 years of age).

1. A special intimidation: (a) on August 2017, the Defendant was in the Defendant’s house located in D Apartment E, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and (b) the victims were in school books.

In a false manner, the victims threatened the victims by gathering a knife, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, and understanding the victims as "I wish to die."

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

2. No person who violates the law of the branch of a child shall commit any physical abuse against a child's body or injure his/her physical health and development;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On August 2017, the victims were assaulted by the victims, such as the victims’ singinginginging out of their false statements at their residence, and booming them into a false statement;

B. On February 2, 2018, the victims committed assaulting the victims’ arms, shoulders, and kneeee in their clothes in the body of clothes, on the ground that the victims did not properly arrange the toy clothes at the above residence;

C. On March 2019, on the ground that the victims did not properly arrange clothes, assault the victims, such as taking their hairs and taking the victims out, on the ground that they did not properly arrange their clothes;
