A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of breach of trust against the victim D shall be acquitted.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 17, 2014, the Defendant in breach of trust will pay a successful bid on the date of the successful bid to the victim E who is the cause of a successful bid consisting of 30 million won and 16 members of the successful bid price organized on the same day at a mutually influent restaurant in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.

The Defendant shall pay the money to the Victim F who is a cause of the successful bid that consists of 30 million won and 16 members of the successful bid that was organized on June 13, 2014 at a non-permanent place on December 13, 2014.
