1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 30, 2009, the establishment of the instant church and the appointment of C pastors (1) A shall be a branch church belonging to the Korean Bar Association established by the Defendant in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

[Identification Number: There is a dispute between the parties as to whether L and the present identity with the Plaintiff; hereinafter "Ah of this case E" or "the instant church". B. (1) The instant church occurred from March 2014 to the members who consist of the defendant and the defendant's family members (hereinafter "the defendant's family members") and the members who commemorate C, which are the standing pastors (hereinafter "C members"), and there was an act of violence, such as worship and assembly interference, defamation, conflict, etc. for several months.

(2) In the process, the Defendant destroyed the instant church guide signboards and the parking lot guide signboards on May 27, 2014. On May 28, 2014, on the wall signboards at the entrance of the instant church, the wedding signboards, the wedding signboards, and the building junating, the name of the church building protruding, the name of the protruding church, the large banner of the building, and protruding.
