1. Defendant A is a person who operates G business in Daegu Jung-gu, Seoul.
around November 15, 2016, the Defendant agreed to divide 8-160,000 won by 50% each, when receiving 8-160,000 won from Ha who is a female sexual traffic in the above G around November 15, 2016, and then H had H have sexual intercourse with the majority of customers from March 7, 2017, and divided approximately 3,4150,000 won out of the total price of sexual traffic received from customers.
Accordingly, the defendant committed acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
2. On November 2016, Defendant B, who was the owner of the building F in Daegu Jung-gu, and was aware of the fact that A would operate a sexual traffic business establishment in the above ground building, the Defendant agreed to receive KRW 5 million as a security deposit for the above ground building and KRW 1.3 million as a monthly rent.
Accordingly, the defendant provided a place of sexual traffic to arrange sexual traffic.

1.
