The reasoning of the court’s explanation as to this case is that the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance excluding the conclusion in the part of the judgment of the court of first instance excluding the reasoning of the judgment excluding the conclusion, is the same, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
