1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was discharged from military service on August 28, 2007 and was discharged from military service on March 4, 2009, and on March 13, 2009, the Plaintiff was receiving physical therapy from an association hospital on October 29, 2009 as a result of the CT film conducted at the military hospital around June 2008, and was determined as the initial disc as a result of the disc conducted around August 2008, and was discharged from military service after being diagnosed as the disc on August 12, 2008.

(2) On October 1, 2014, the Plaintiff applied for the registration of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State on the ground that he/she applied for the registration of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State (hereinafter “the instant injury”). However, on December 1, 2014, the Plaintiff again requested the Defendant to provide treatment on the part of the person who sustained injury while suffering from injury during the joint combat training, but he/she did not receive adequate medical treatment and did not undergo a re-registration on May 23, 2008, on the ground that he/she was able to receive treatment on the part of the military, and that he/she did not receive treatment on the part of the person who has rendered distinguished service to the State on the ground that he/she was able to receive treatment on the part of the military unit on the basis of the examination of the 3th 3th 2th 3th 1st 6th 1st 7th 2008, and did not receive treatment on the part of the military unit.

C. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant rendered a decision on whether a person who rendered distinguished services to the State or a person eligible for veteran’s compensation is ineligible (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
