A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for six years.

Punishment of the crime

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Special Rape) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (amera, etc. and photographing a camera, etc.) at around 01:00 on August 1, 2012, when the victim was committed, and thereafter, was born with the intent to rape the victim by returning to Pyeongtaek-si D 403, a residence of the victim and committing rape.
